What Real Transparency Looks Like
Most homeowners don't worry about the paperwork until there's a problem, but after installing over 5,200 units, I've found that clear documentation is the best indicator of a trustworthy trade. We don't hide behind vague verbal promises; we put every detail of the job in writing before we ever touch a wrench.
We believe you deserve to know exactly where you stand regarding warranties and liability. That’s why our terms-of-service are written in plain English, ensuring you understand our flat-rate pricing model without the confusing legal gibberish found in standard contracts.
Your security matters to us beyond just the gas line connections. We strictly adhere to our privacy-policy because we know that inviting a service professional into your home requires a high level of trust regarding your personal data.
Once the installation is complete, we don't just disappear. We direct every client to our resources section, where you can find specific maintenance schedules to keep your new system running efficiently for years.
